Princess Party
On Saturday, Pearl had her Princess Party with three of her friends. Two friends from school, Emma and Olivia, and one long-time friend, Meghan attended. (When you're five, a long-time friend is three years or so, in case you were wondering.) The Princesses were entertained by our special guests, Sir Gawain, a quite silly Knight in Shiny Armour. :-) They played Sir Gawain, May I, Sir Gawain Says, battled our brave knight with sword fights, frosted cupcakes, watched some Gigi, opened birthday gifts, broke open a pinata and provided me a new "gown" from toilet paper. Did I mention that two hours with four five-year-olds is a long time? :-) We all had a blast, and I was so thankful that Gavin, I mean Sir Gawain, was there to help me out. We had to have her party at the Royal Office, as the Royal Castle was having an open house, which was not cleared with the Grown-up Princess!! However, it all worked out great. Enjoy the pics! :-)P.S. I think the birthday celebration is finally over ... now to schedule those five-year-old pictures.

Looks like a ton of fun! I wish I could have been there. :) Nice TP gown, I heard that is what they are wearing for the red carpet this spring. :)
Looks like fun. Great idea to have it at the office since you couldn't be at your house. Natalie enjoyed the pictures and called you "Queen Katie". :)
