This afternoon, I was playing with the kids, and I was letting Miles ride the motorcycle rocker. Pearl suggested that Macey would also want to ride. I probably said something like, okay, in a minute. Pearl then said, "Mommy, remember you went to Texas to be a better Mommy." It was more of a statement than a question ... it was just too funny! I did tell her that I remembered that's why I went to Texas. She's too smart for her own good.
Earlier, we were running a bit late for Taekwondo, so I told Pearl that either Grammy or Mommy could take her in and get her ready, but that she would have to get ready quickly. So then, I asked her, who do you want to take you in and help you get ready. Her response: "Who is quicker?" Mommy won! Only due to experience!

I think Grammy would still have more experience, but maybe you do with Pearl. :) Hope you had a ton of fun with mom being at your house.
