Making Good Choices

Today we decided to have some much needed Mommy and Pearl time. We did some retail therapy, which she usually is a big fan of, but was really focused on the Christmas decorations at K-Mart, so that was a cut a bit short. She didn't seem to be in the mood to shop. Oh well. We then had supper at McDonald's ... her choice, not mine. After supper we needed to stop by the apartments where I work, so I could move clay that I had drying. While there, I saw a few of the kids. When we got back into the car, I said that I wished the kids would make good choices. Pearl responded with, "That's okay, God still loves them." I told her she was right, but that I still wished that they would make better choices. A few minutes later Pearl said, "Mom, sometimes people need to make bad choices." I agreed with her again, and reminded her that hopefully after they make those bad choices, that they begin making good choices.

Is she just warning you for her future for when she makes some bad choices. Reassuring that God will still love her and you. :) She is such a doll. I miss her and all your kids a ton. I went to a farm tonight and they had an Australian shepherd puppy. I wanted to take her home. Made me miss the days in Clay. :)
