The kids and I ventured out for our church's Family Fun Festival. I actually dressed up for my team meeting today (work), so I was "Slumber Party Princess" for most of the day. In fact, I still have most the outfit on. It transitioned in jammies quiet nicely. And, despite it being almost 11 a.m., I'm still in my jammies.
Pearl, aka Pretty Kitty, had fun playing games at the festival, but she isn't quite old enough to go it alone, so she stuck pretty close to me. That's okay. The Twiggs, aka Walking Pumpkin and Little Spider Man, didn't seem all that thrilled about hanging out in the stroller, but did enjoy some freedom when Pearl had a snack.
We also came home with a bunch of candy, so I'm not sure an outing on Friday night is really necessary, but I'm sure we'll venture out and visit some neighbors. We've also been invited to an Orange Meal at Grandma and Grandpa's. Pearl gets to wear her costume to school. They are going to a nursing home to sing songs and make the "sad people happy."

I love the costumes. They are so fun. I wish they could come to my house but that would be hard since I am not even there now. Yeah Jilly agreed you looked 12 in your outfit. :) Glad you all add fun!
