Firsts and Easter

On Easter Eve, we decided to give the twins some "first" experiences. After all, we did have three extra adults around.

Up first ... Miles. He was due for another haircut, and we had planned to buzz it for the summer. Well, no time like the present. He did great! Only toward the end did he get a little annoyed ... we're guessing from the hair all over him. On the upside, he looks pretty cute with his new cut!

Then it was Macey's turn. Pearl was getting her toes painted, so we thought Macey would also enjoy the experience. We turned out to be wrong about this. However, we're not quite sure if she was upset my Miles' buzz cut or getting her toes painted. What I can tell you is that for the rest of the night, she kept going up to Miles, patting his head and saying, "Uddie." (That's what she calls the little guy.)

On Easter morning, we attempted to take some pictures of the three kids. It was somewhat of a failed adventure. Here's the best I got. Better luck next year, I guess!

Wow! Miles looks so grown up with a buzz cut! And just so cute, too! Love the girls dresses as well. Jeff wonders why you guys didn't give Miles a mohawk. :)

Well, Gavin thought about it, but it got vetoed by the three female adults in the room. Better luck next time, boys!
