Gavin was out of town most of Saturday, so the rest of us took it upon ourselves to have fun anyway. We started out at the Downtown Farmer's Market. We didn't buy anything, but did get a few free things. Then we decided to head downtown for lunch!
We decided on Chedd's, a gourmet grilled cheese place.
The girls shared some mac and cheese!
Miles had a basic grilled cheese.
And, I had this yummy sammie!
It was two different types of cheese,
onions and sun dried tomatoes.
It was super good and super rich!
Next we did a little walking downtown to the toy store,
but our shopping was cut short by some stinky pull-ups.
On our way to the Falls, we stopped
and got mini cupcakes from Oh My Cupcakes.
Awesome!
At the Falls, the kids climbed on the rocks and enjoyed the waterfalls!

We then took a ride on the trolley.
Did I mention that Pearl lost her first tooth the day before?

DQ was an after supper treat!
He ate his entire ice cream cone and was so proud of himself!
We missed Gav, but enjoyed our day and spent the rest of the day getting ready for the July 4 party we hosted the next day!

Fun, fun! I wish we were there to go with you! Next time we come to SD I want to go to Chedd's. Looks delicious! :)
