Yesterday was a fun-filled day. The morning was nothing special, but the kids all got bathed in our bathroom and not at a swimming pool, so that was good! The kids spent the afternoon at their grandparents house, while Gavin and I met for some birthday shopping. Not exactly a "date" but time with my husband is nice. :-)
That night we decided to try out the steak house close to us. Major disappointment. I mean, really, if you claim to be a steak house and can't get the steak cooked right, why bother? Oh well, no time to have them re-cook the steak, as we were off to the Storm game. The Storm is an indoor football team. I got some tickets from work, and we enjoyed a little more than half the game before we decided it was time to head home. (It was almost 9 p.m., and the little kids were getting tired.)
I know this is a boring post, but I figured a post (even a boring one) was better than no post. Let's see if I can find a picture ... Yep, here are two from last Sunday!
