It's a good thing my youngest daughter is cute and full of charm, because for as much cuteness and charm, she has just as much rottenness inside her. She's the perfect exhibit for "children are born sinners" argument. I certainly did not teach her to behave like this. And, while her big sis is prone to similar rottenness, Miss Macey is in a class all by herself.
The last few nights, she's just been wailing (tears and all) at the top of her lungs, "Mommy" and other ramblings. Pretty certain the neighbors have thought about calling CPS as the doors and windows are open. It really does sound quite awful. Sadly, the truth is boiled down to one word: ROTTEN. (According to Macey the reasons include: more cuddle time, covering her up, needing her freezer bunny, covering her up, bonking her head because she was stealing Miles' covers, covering her up, etc.)
Tonight she pushed the baby gate at the Twiggs door over and proceeded downstairs to "wail" closer to us. That just resulted in Daddy taking her back upstairs. All was quite for a bit, but the high-pitched wailing has commenced again ... this time her diaper was half off. Oh the drama of a second first-born child. I have no other way to describe her. I love her dearly, but my oh my, that girl can be a handful!
Until next time,
