We had planned to go coat shopping on Monday after school, but we had car problems, so that got cancelled, and we just don't have time on Tuesday nights.
Alas, the child had no say in the coat shopping experience. I went to the store found a coat in her desired color, dark pink, and brought it home. Thankfully, she likes it and is amazed by the number of pockets the coat has.
Tomorrow I will send her to school with a proper winter coat and a hat. Gloves ... those are a whole other matter. Last year she went through several pairs as she is the pickiest little person I know when it comes to gloves. She will have to come along for that purchase. In the meantime, guess it's a good thing her new coat has so many pockets!
