We wanted to take a minute to introduce you to one of our favorite Pigtail Princesses, Miss LC! She has to be one of the cutest little girls to land in the great state of Kansas in quite sometime. She is a high school friend's little girl, and she will capture your heart, if you let her. My Pigtail Princess, Miss Macey, is a huge fan and asks to check on her several times a day.
