Busy Week

We had a busy week here.  I ended up working Sunday and Monday night.  I usually just work Monday night. Then on Tuesday, Pearl came home from school with a fever.  Poor girl.  Macey had a performance that night at the Skyforce game, so the two of us were off to that.  Wednesday, I woke up not feeling to great, so Pearl and I took the day off and rested and watched Alice in Wonderland and ate saltines.  Wednesday night I was feeling better, and Pearl's fever broke.  This was great news, as Thursday was the school's annual musical.  This year it was The Wizard of Oz.  Our little Pearl is a huge Wizard of Oz fan.  Gavin's been reading her Mr. Baum's stories for probably a year or so, and they are on the seventh book, I think.  She even named her new doll Ozma.  :-)  It would have been a huge bummer for her not to get to bet here for the performance, but our little munchkin made it and did a great job.  After the musical, Barb and Kent took the Twiggs for the night.  I expected them back around 9:15 this morning, but they ended up hanging with Gramma Barb all morning, and I ran errands all by myself!  :-)  We are looking forward to a fun, relaxing weekend!  Here are a few pictures from our week:
