So, for a while now, we've told Pearl she could get her ears pierced. She wasn't so much interested as it would hurt, and really, she doesn't do pain. Macey, on the other hand, was totally on board. We had pretty much decided that we would give that to Macey for Christmas. However, Pearl admitted yesterday that she really wanted to get her ears pierced but that she was just scared. After a few tears and some reassurance that we weren't going to "make her" get her ears pierced, she apparently decided that she was in fact ready. This put us in a bit of a spot ... give her something Macey has been asking for, as we thought it best to "strike when the iron was hot," and risk a plethora of tears from Macey or make it a sister special. We went with the latter. So, without further ado ...

Samantha was crying the rest of the day after Maddie got her ears pierced because she wanted her done too...I seriously debated but Michael put his foot down and thankfully she hasn't asked since she went to bed Friday night. Your girls' ears look adorable! :)
